Last night my family and I went for dinner at the newly rebranded restaurant called Scaddabush. It was formly known as Alice Fazooli but the company had decided to change its restaurants to Scaddabush along with a new menu and new decor. The Alice Fazooli by Square One mall was the first to experience the change. Given several bad experiences and not the greatest entrees at Alice Fazooli's, I was a bit hesitant about going, but my family wanted to try it out. To my surprise, the rebrand of Alice Fazooli to Scaddabush was amazingly delicious. The atmosphere, the service and the food was impeccable. Here were some of the food items that I found to be just delightful (not to mention, they stretch their own mozzarella cheese and make their own pastas)
